The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Disabled Children In The Welfare House

Parenting of child welfare house the mainstream parenting mode in our country,The welfare house of disabled children usually take growth as the primary task in the process of operation and ignore mental health needs,building good care relations,and so on.Therefore,the intervention of social work is beneficial to the personal growth of children and the harmonious development of the whole welfare house.This paper is based on the care model of China's welfare house,Through long term social work practice in H county children's welfare house in Shangrao,Jiangxi,we use the qualitative research methods to carry out the professional group services.Exploring the transformation of the whole welfare house care in the process of social work intervention.This article is divided into four parts.In the first part,the development of welfare house care mode at home and abroad is expounded,and the feasibility and necessity of social work intervention in welfare house care are analyzed.The second part analyzes the problems faced by the welfare house through the overview of the children welfare house in H county and the interaction between children and staff.The third part describes the process of social work practice,and analyzes the effectiveness of social work involved in the care model of welfare house.The fourth part mainly expounds the feasibility,the way and the related suggestions of the social work professional intervention in the welfare house care model.Practice in the development process will not only serve as orphans and disabled children,and will take the welfare system,and staff welfare into the scope of services,to explore the interaction of support system for disabled children,these have important theoretical and practical significance for the overall research on child welfare care work.
