Research On The Factual Unattended Children In The Perspective Of Development Assistance

The group of the factual unattended children,because their parents are not dead,from the institutional level,they are not orphans in the standard sense,but in fact they are as lonely and helpless as the orphans,even if they are compared with the orphans.Faced with even more severe survival dilemmas like orphans.In recent years,the issue of the factual unattended children rescue has received more and more attention.How to optimize the factual unattended children rescue strategy and rescue the factual unattended children in a scientific and developmental way is a major problem we face.The factual unattended children,as a group that is both immature and growing,the traditional rescue model can not meet its growing individual needs.Based on this,the author advocates a more scientific and sustainable developmental rescue model.The group provides assistance so that the participants in the rescue and the factual unattended children who are rescued can be negative and active,and achieve more effective assistance.The developmental social assistance model is to increase the human capital of the rescue target,improve the development environment of the recipient,promote the social integration of the rescued person,and ultimately improve the ability of the rescued person to obtain social resources.Therefore,the author proposes a stratified analysis of the needs of the recipients based on the demand perspective,and analyzes the survival needs,medical needs,educational needs and psychological needs of the factual unattended children and their causes,and summarizes the current situation of social support.Based on the problem of imbalance between demand and social support,the problem of the factual unattended children rescue optimization under the guidance of developmental rescue methods is discussed on the basis of discovering problems.Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method,this paper uses Maslow'shierarchy of needs and social support network as the theoretical guidance to sort out the needs of the rescue of the factual unattended children.Moreover,through SPSS statistical software,the author analyzes the main influences of the factual unattended children in the questionnaire design.Based on this,we discuss the dilemmas and shortcomings of government departments,relatives networks,non-governmental organizations and other entities in supporting the demand for the factual unattended children rescue,and analyze the causes of the shortage,and then explore the development assistance mode through demand and social support analysis.The demand for funds in the process of self-growth and development are also stronger.Regarding the status quo of the factual unattended children social support,there are investigations and analysis that the factual support for the factual unattended children rescue needs support network is still lacking and insufficient;the level of medical assistance is relatively low.Informal support in the factual unattended children rescue support network is limited,alternative supporters have insufficient income;education can only meet basic education needs,developmental education is lacking,and individualized education needs are not developed and supported,the factual unattended children lacks spiritual care;non-governmental social organizations have a significant effect on the flexible assistance of factual orphans.The "demand-support" dilemma is compared and the cause analysis is carried out.Based on this,a developmental rescue strategy based on the needs assessment of the factual unattended children is proposed: the government department should strengthen the formal system and the informal system function;improve the informal system construction.Optimize alternative parenting patterns and build a reasonable kinship network structure.Non-governmental organizations should actively use their flexibility to make up for the lack of formal support.Provide a research paradigm for the construction of a new development-oriented rescue system based on human needs.
