Human Rights has long been seen as a domestic issue with a nation, assorting with rights and interests relating to the sovereignty of a nation. The definitions of Human Rights vary in different countries. Form the international perspective, Human beings should be endowed with certain basic rights, to some extent; these are opposite to the nation. However, little attention has been paid to it. After World War II, the International Human Rights Protection Mechanism has developed centering on the United Nations, and the non-governmental International Human Rights Organizations play a major role in the Human Rights activities with its ever increasing influence. With the special identities, these organizations harmonize the relationship between the Human Rights appeals and national interests and give better shelter to the Human Rights.
