The Conception Of Harmonious World And Establishing A New International Order

After China proposes the conception of harmonious world, scholars both at home and abroad have carried on thorough analysis and research from different angle of view for it. The problem of new international order concerns about benefits of every country, so it also has become the focus of academia. Therefore various countries put forward various concept of a new international order of their own. In current international community, needing peace,promoting development,seeking cooperation have become the main melody of the time. But the old and unreasonable international order is still one of the key factor that restrict the world's development. So what kind of new international order should be constructed is also under widespread dispute. In the author's idea, the conception of harmonious world bases on the development front land of the times,taking the universal common interests and various countries' fundamental interests as the starting point, possessing significance of general world, so it ought to be used to guide the structuring of new order of international.This paper is composed mainly from four parts. The first part traces back to the origin of harmonious world conception from two aspects of both china and the west, and simply expounds the connotation of harmonious world conception; The second part points out primal problems that exist in present international order, and profoundly analyzes the reason that bring about this situation; The third part binds the harmonious world conception and the new international order together, expounds how to use the harmonious world conception to construct the new international order; The forth part analyses the main problems which must pay attention to in the course of constructing the new international order. This article aim at explaining the important guiding significance of the harmonious world idea that China advocates to construct impartial,rational new international order, and try to making it accepted by all the countries in the world.
