The Social Governance Way To Enhancing Chinese Soft Power

In recent years, "soft power"has become a hot term in China.Soft power is the ability of attractiveness, influence and control which practice universal values successfully because of the state's values, constitution and culture. Advanced social constitution and harmonious sociality have become more and more important for soft power.Soft power theory provides more extensive space-thinking and path-selecting for Chinese national strength building.Between social governance and the building of soft power link closely:Good social governance can promote economic and social sustainable development and enhance the state's soft power.This path is doable and necessary. Relatively backward social governance,both in theory and practice, hinder the advance of China's soft power.So it's an urgent task to promote Chinese social governance. I think improving social governance is a primary way to enhance China's soft power in the current situation.In China, good social governance includes four spects:Firstly, establishing the nuclear role of socialist values-people oriented, equality and justice;Secondly,achieving full and effective citizen participation;Thirdly,building a clean, efficient and service-oriented government;Forthly,cultivating independent and dynamic NGOs.They are doable and nessary for the growth of China's soft power.
