Explore The Perspective Of Chinese Administrative Leadership Transform In Contingency Theory

The Contingency Theory is the theory that takes shape to 1960s and becomes prevalent for a time in 1970's and 1980's in western countries. From the leadership, In its view, the fixed,universal,applicant theory and leadership are not exist, the effectiveness of leaders depends on three factors: the leaders,the subordinate,the environment and the interaction among them. In Chinese administrative leadership practices, the internal and external environment which the administrative leader facing has changed deeply , the role of the leader is taking place, and the general status of the civil servants is improving, Therefore, in order to adapt to changing realities ,the concept of leadership and the act of the administrative leadership must change with the environment to make new adjustments and changes. The article is Composed of five main components: The first part is the introduction, it introduces the fundamental basis,the current situation and the significance on the subject; the second part describe the background and the basic content of the contingency theory; The third part analysis the feasibility and the necessity of the contingency theory which can guide the way of the leadership of Chinese administrative leadership in our government; the forth part explore the problem in the course of our way of the leadership, analysis the cause to the problem, and combine the contingency theory in order to improve the advice that how to transform our Chinese administrative leadership; Finally, the article explore the problem which should pay attention about exploring the perspective of Chinese administrative leadership changes in Contingency theory; the fifth part is the Endnotes, it points the innovation and the deficiency.
