| The right of been educated of minority nationalities have been one of the basic rights of the minority nationality citizens, and also as an important human right of international society, which was subjected to concrete regulations of domestic and international laws. Our country have been received some achievement in the protection of the right of been educated of minority nationalities, but due to historical and geographical reasons, the standard of been educated of our country's minority nationalities still has a spectacular difference with the main nationality, so that the goal of the education that every one can enjoy has not yet fulfilled.Firstly, this text started from the briefing of the right of been educated of minority nationalities, through the regulations, concept, and connotation of the right of been educated in domestic and international law, analyzing the special features of the right of been educated of minority nationalities, thus defined the right of been educated of minority nationalities. Secondly, by analyzing the right of been educated of minority nationalities and educational fair, made an elaboration on the relation between educational fair and the right of been educated of minority nationalities through the concept, the connotation and the value of educational fair.Thirdly, it profoundly analyzed the temporary protection and existing problems of the right of been educated of minority nationalities. Finally, by introducing the relative mechanisms of the protection of the right of been educated of minority nationalities abroad, from legislation, administration, jurisdiction etc. made some suggestions to improve the right of been educated of minority of nationalities of our country. By the writing of this text, to pose theoretical support for the protection of the right of been educated of minority of nationalities, in hope of minority of nationalities could enjoy the right of been educated in the near future.
