During the twelfth five year plan period,with the rapid development of our economy,consumption structure has been upgraded,and our country has ushered the golden age of the development of social services.Market mechanism has played its role in more fields including public service,demand has become more diverse,service delivery also more diverse,and the both influence each other and realize their communal development.However,social service is still an industry of resource shortage,there are constraints and obstacle of system and mechanism in the development,and one of them is lag of human resource management.Other than profit organization,there is a part of special human resource in non-profit organization of the social service.That is volunteers who participate in service;they are important components in non-profit organization and important driving force of national economy and social development.Volunteers participate in productive activities and service activities,saving cost of other human resources for non-profit organization,and increase main business income further.But on the current situation in China,with social service marketplace intensifying competition,volunteer as human resource has not been fully utilized.Thus,in order to be effective in promoting volunteers to get involved in volunteer services willingly,donate disposable personal time,non-profit organization need to build-up a strategic human resource planning,training and so forth incentive mechanism for the promotion of the number and quality of volunteer services.What is more,this dissertation will change the angle of view,take volunteers as consumers who purchase volunteer service and quantify volunteer services as commodities that can be denominated,and then based on that establish logistic models about volunteers'preference for denoting voluntary services time sustainably and obtaining individual utility,study the correlation analysis of differentiated training strategies as external influencing factor,volunteers'individual utility as endogenous driving factor and voluntary service behavior.This article will be divided into the following six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction section,putting forward the problems which are going to be studied.This chapter elaborates the background of topic,the theory and practical significance of research,the structure and method of research,concept definition and the possible innovations,on this account,laying research directions and ideas of this article.The second chapter is the literature review section,reviewing literatures at home and abroad that are related to the research problems of the article.On the basis of fully mastery of literatures that are associated with the problems,this chapter is going to analyze,conclude,arrange and comment the existing research results of experts and scholars.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis section,this dissertation is studied by using economic theories.For the special human resource plays an important role in the social service,which is volunteers who are the research object,in the certain situation of disposable personal time,the dissertation will analyze conditions of increase voluntary service time.The forth chapter is the research design section,describing research subject and research method,logical thinking processes of model design.For the research subject,that is voluntary service,this dissertation regards it as a product which can satisfy the needs of volunteers;analyze the employment of human resource strategy in the process of digging the product's characteristics.Combing non-profit organization's performance evaluation,amend the planning and implement of human resource strategy.In the research methods of this chapter,the most outstanding is questionnaire survey method,that is to acquire relevant information about voluntary service behavior by the form of questionnaire.The fifth chapter is to analyze the models empirically that are designed in the fourth chapter.Applying data from questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis above do the following empirical analysis:the relationship analysis between internal influencing factor——individual utility of volunteer and voluntary service behavior,so as to verify the hypothesis H1 from the third chapter.The logistic regression model of voluntary service behavior influenced by internal influencing factor,meanwhile verify the hypothesis H2.And the impact of external influencing factor influence internal influencing factor is analyzed by logistic regression model,meanwhile verify the hypothesis H3.The sixth chapter is conclusion and suggestion section.Increasing individual utility of volunteers and the motivation of differentiation strategy taken by non-profit organization contribution to enhance voluntary service willingness,at the same time,develop the brand awareness about organization and strengthen organization's competitiveness in the industry.In accordance with outcome of questionnaire and analysis,this chapter put forward recommendations concerning volunteer service training and organizations' recruitment,so as to promote recruitment and maintenance of volunteers.Nevertheless,owing to the limitation of model design,some factors that probably influence volunteer service behavior has not been considered;some ill-defined problems may be existed in the design of questionnaire survey.These questions are both worth to discuss and review.
