The Analysis Of The Model Of Public Governance On The Web Society

As one of the greatest scientific and technological invention at the end of 20th century, the Internet not only has influenced the science and technology, but also every social side. And we can feel the kinds of changing that the internet brings to us. But the development of the internet manifests the characteristics of double-edged blade. From the web society's governance, this text will discuss the model that government governs internet. Then at this basis, it puts forward the model of cooperative governance, and analyzes its feasibility.This text consists of three chapters. Chapter one discusses the formation of web society that is the basis of this text. By the method of Marxism analysis, this text will prove that the internet has the essence of society, and the web society is taking shape step by step. And then the web politics and the web politics subjects are derived, which will be analyzed in the present study. At this basis, we will introduce the first web politics subject-e-government, and explain the necessity of its being and carrying out web governance.Chapter two puts forward the cooperative governance model aimed at internet. By simply analyzing the way of government governance, civil society, cooperative governance, and based on the situation that our country govern the web society nowadays, this chapter puts forward the image that using the cooperative governance govern the web society. Next, it expounds the responsibility that every web subject should undertake in the process of public governance on web society, and advocates the management model of self-discipline based on other-discipline.Chapter three analyzes the difficult situation of the cooperative governance. In view of the degree of our country's society development, the immaturity of our civil society development, and the incompletion and missing of web legislation, the conditions that taking cooperative governance to govern web society are not mature.In short, this text is aimed to raise my ideas and opinions on the web governance model to enrich the research and discussion of web governance theory.
