Research On The Development Of Social Organization From The Pesepective Of Social Cooperative Governance

Social governance is the goal of the reform of the social sphere. Social Cooperative Governance is governance occurs when the transition to social governance from the "transitional phase", the government is strong, weaker social realistic choice. Cultivation and development of social organizations have been given a new mission, showing a new feature, we are facing new challenges. This article is in this context of Social Organization Development Dilemma and System Construction.In this paper, research and empirical research theory, research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined for Changchun three CSOs management department official, 7 social organization responsible for in-depth interviews of 51 community organizations We visited questionnaire. This paper studies the basic situation of social cooperative governance background of social organization, historical background,functional effectiveness and practical difficulties, we forecast the development trend of social organization, from the reality and theoretical level for the analysis and put forward suggestions development of social organizations. Through this study, it is desirable society organizations to enhance their capabilities, smooth channels for community participation in governance, sound development of social organization, to maintain social stability and promote social harmony of purpose.Specifically, in the context of the social cooperative governance, part of the social organization possible variation and differentiation, appears purses type, attachment type,secretive type, an alliance of organizations such as the type, showing the free-riding,long-term "work" of the practice also for the organizational development of potential problems. The reason, the theoretical level, institutional imitation and collective rational organization in the field of elite background, driven by the presence of certain trapping; on the practical level, the lack of social organization growing external environment, lack of internal governance, coordination mechanisms involved in the construction of the lag. In this regard, from the social organization itself, and the Multi- governing operation mechanism of protection and supervision system building three aspects to promote the development of social organizations.
