Because of this, the Chinese experience in voluntary service in Guangdong and constantly enrich and improve the development of voluntary service has become one of the model.In this paper, the Tibetan Youth Volunteers Action on the status of the investigation and analysis on the basis of full absorption of Guangdong from the successful experience of voluntary service, summed up the Tibetan Youth volunteers sorted out some problems in operation, and improvement of voluntary service given their own thinking, with a view to promoting youth volunteer operation in Tibet to be more extensive and in-depth and lasting direction.
