Internet provides an unprecedented opportunity for building the governance capability of the Party, but at the same time its extreme freedom gives harmful information a chance to develop. How to effectively control harmful information of network has been the important problem demanding prompt solution. It is more effective and workable to establish a mechanism of combined restriction in many ways from laws and regulation, moral self-discipline and technical support, and use the experience of other countries for reference.Entering the information age and relying on this platform-internet, to enhance the governance capability of the Party is also reflected in the development of e-government. An honest and clean government exits without supervision by the media. The bold and direct supervision from networks is of the best "preservatives" to power. Meanwhile, an efficient government must highly informationize in the government business, resulting in the simplification of government structure.Spreading widely and timely are network's features, which decide the direction of public opinions. For the common people, first impression is very the strongest. Therefore, the Internet always becomes public opinion's distribution center, and a new territory which must be occupied to strengthen Marxism's ideology status. With this open network platform, the method, which the Party and government in the past dealt with traditional media to block the information first and then verify, can't work. When meet with the grave and emergent event, we must actively face the public, and dare to speak the truth. Only in this way will it be beneficial to the social stability and unity and don't give the rumor a chance to be exploited.
