Being one of the hottest issues in current China, the reform and construction of Chinese social security system has now attracted close attention of all levels, from the central government to the common people. The social security system directly impacts our country economic system's healthy development and society's stability, it is one of the vital ,urgent t ask for china. The completion of social security system is the basement to promote the national economy benign circulation, and it will be the great help to the modem enterprise system too, and it will also help to secure the labor force reproduction and the labor force market formation, and help to keep a fairness system and social security stability. In the last few years, although our country's social security system make great progress in the fields such as the retirement insurance, the unemployment insurance, the medical insurance, the social disaster relief, social welfare and so on, but from the overall aspect, our country social security currents till lags the legislation and stays the abnormal condition, which could not completely adapt the market economy change。Thereby, it reasonably proves to be the predominant mission for us to design the future social security system where to go on the base of successful experiences from other countries.Plenty of great research results about other countries'social security system have been introduced to China , among which most are about America or Western Europe.
