Research On The Rural Vocational Education In XiNing

Agricultural economy is not only the basic economy of a country,but also an important component of the core competitiveness of a country.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy raises the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" to an unprecedented political height.The rural revitalization strategy is not only the fundamental livelihood of the people,but also the fundamental requirement to achieve the two centenary goals.At the present stage,it is necessary to solve the problems of unbalanced and inadequate development accumulated in the rapid economic development since the reform and opening-up more than 40 years ago.The development of the rural economy must depend on land,agriculture and farmers.Whether the village collective economy is to develop and grow,or the level of agricultural production is to be raised,it needs a large number of talents who are skilled in technology,good at management and good at management,at the present stage,it is unrealistic and unsustainable to rely on the introduction of talents from outside.In the final analysis,the development of rural economy and society depends on local talents,and rural vocational education is the best way to train them,which is also a good way for farmers to participate in lifelong education.Based on the strategy of rural revitalization and the construction of new-type urbanization,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation and existing problems of rural vocational education in the light of the development of rural vocational education in Xining,Qinghai Province,based on the advanced experience in rural vocational education both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of rural vocational education in Xining.There is only one provincial high vocational and technical school for Animal Husbandry in Xining,which aims at the development of animal husbandry in Qinghai's animal husbandry area from the macro-level of the province,but there is no special rural vocational school under the city,at present,there are few agricultural majors and low level of vocational education in vocational and technical colleges.As a result of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of new urbanization,the development of Xining's rural vocational education has welcomed the opportunity of the national policy,as well as the support policy of counterpart support to provinces and cities.Xining should seize the opportunity,make full use of the existing policy resources and social resources,and actively explore ways of rural vocational education development that meet the needs of rural economic development and the improvement of urbanization quality in Xining and its surrounding areas.Vocational colleges should be guided to optimize their specialities for economic and social development and industrial restructuring,give prominence to key disciplines,and focus on building a new type of major in modern agriculture,intensive processing of agricultural and livestock products and other industries.We will actively set up a platform in rural areas to attract professional and technical personnel,and earnestly enhance the development level of rural vocational education and the employment and development capacity of students.
