Our Administration Accountability System Result, Problems And Countermeasures

Today is the responsibility government construction of Chinese government reform goal, but not the responsibility of the government, establish spontaneously formed administration accountability system of government and civil servants, the general behavior, is the responsibility government construction for the core and security.This paper discusses the administration accountability system of basic theory, probes into how to establish the political situation in conformity with special, reasonable and effective administration accountability system is studied, the hope can promote the administration accountability system. This paper discusses the method of using historical administration accountability system in China, the development and the supervisory system from ancient to modern officials administration accountability system. These show the administration accountability system development has a long history. Secondly, this article mainly from the administration accountability system itself, this paper discusses the factors in the administration accountability system faced some problems. Finally, the paper from the western administration accountability and Hong Kong official accountability system, perfecting the administration accountability system itself, strengthening measures of elements in aspects to strengthen administration accountability system development.
