Meanwhile, there are some "invisable party member" and "pocket party member", who treat themselves as common people and ignore the exemplary vanguard role. This not only brings the non-public enterprises new difficulties of party construction, but also restricts Party's advanced construction and the promotion of Party's governing ability and hinders the construction of a socialist harmonious society. Under new situations, strengthening the educational management of the floating party members in non-public enterprises and paying attention to the display of their exemplary vanguard role have very important practical significance.At present, although many departments emphasize the construction of non-public enterprises' party organizations, their construction side is being border, the quantity of party members in enterprises is gradually rising and some advanced models display the exemplary vanguard role. Third, explore the effective forms and management mode of the setting of party organizations. Fourth, educate party members deeply and select good persons in charge for party organizations. Fifth, strenghen the supervision and management to the party members and correct the trend of family management. Sixth, emphasize the incentive mechanism and excite the floating party members' working potential.
