The Research On Developing Party Members In Non-public Enterprises For Lanzhou

This paper discusses the existing problems in the process of recruiting new party member by non-public enterprises in undeveloped northwest areas of China,finds the reason for those problems and explores the methods and ways in accordance with local conditions to recruit new party member by non-public enterprises based on the current status of recruiting new party members by non-public enterprisesin Lanzhou.The research shows that the great efforts have been made and great challenges are faced in the non-public enterprises party construction of Lanzhou.The existing problems in the process of non-public enterprises recruiting party member of Lanzhou show in unreasonable party member recruiting standard,nonstandard party member developing procedure,recruiting party member in order of seniority,weak education for party activists and simple operating methods in recruiting party member.The main reasons for these problems are indifference party member recruiting in non-public enterprises,insufficient regulation construction,complex motivation in recruiting party member,intervention human relation in developing the party member and lack of exemplary role for party members.These methods are raised in this paper that is to strengthen consciousness of responsibility in non-public enterprises recruiting party member,attach importance to motivation examination and education development,to standardize working procedure in recruiting party members,to expand the working methods and ways in recruiting party members,to play exemplary role for party member in non-public enterprises and to grasp the principle and flexibility in recruiting party members.
