Approaching The Learning Community: Study On The Current Situation And Development Of The Community Team

In recent years, Learning Community can be one of the hottest vocabularies in the field of basic education in our country. Because it paints a perfect blueprint for the future development of basic education, therefore building various types of learning communities becomes one of the objectives for the reform of basic education. It will observe the adult learning during the real life in the world with perspective in this study. Interpret the meaning for adult education, especially for the development of community team in community practice files, which put the word study into the community. This study is divided into five chapters for expressing:Chapter One Describes the origin of this study, background, purpose and significance for this study. And focus on the two points of concern, "Learning Community" and "community team" to sort out the core of the relevant literature. Descript the research methods and how to start the course of the study path.Chapter Two In theory, at first it starts with how to construct the learning community during three dimensions of the Sociology, the Anthropology and the Education. On the other hand, it searches the strong point of the theory of for this study. It defines the concept of the learning community in this article. In practice, atfirst it introduces the learning community from adult education-------"learningcircle "from Sweden. On this basis, it introduces the community team. It defines the concept of the community team and analysis the features of the community team. From the theory to the practice, it can be say that the community team will approach the learning community.Chapter Three this study based on community C in shanghai. On the basis of obtaining first-hand information of the basic situation in community C and the statistical analysis of questionnaire results, it demonstrates the current development of situation of community C. It finds out the external development motivation of community team from the development of the current situation analysis of the social field and the field of adult education. Through the participant observation and interviewing the team members collects the information and organize the text, analyses the motivation and the content of learning part. Try to find out the within development motivation of community team. Finally try to find out the need for the community team approach the learning community, throughout the knowledge in concept and learning in concept.Chapter Four Based on chapter three, throughout the learning community theory and from the team plane, the individual plane and the social plane, try to analyze the plight when the team on the way to learning community.Chapter Five Based on the theory of the learning community, take community C for example, this study try to give three suggestions from the spread of philosophy of lifelong learning, the support from the government and the designing of approaching the learning community.
