Along with the end of East-West confrontation between the two camps after the Cold War, the ideological influence gradually giving way to the traditional geopolitical thinking. Geopolitical strategic become the cornerstone to the power country. Therefore, the geo-strategic gradually become a major reference to strategic choice of power country.Mongolian is the two countries of proximity. From the overall situation and the pattern of the world, China and Mongolia have great geopolitical value. For China and Mongolia, their foreign policies include complex geopolitical factors. This paper, starting from Mongolia's diplomatic strategy, draws an in-depth analysis of Sino-Mongolian relations in the geopolitical factors. Meanwhile, it depicts the complex relationships between big countries.The first part of this paper focuses on the geographic and cultural environment of Mongolia, as well as an important geopolitical power in post-Cold War, in addition to the impact of policies. In the period of the Cold War, Mongolia adopted "one-sided" foreign policy and relied on national security under the protection of the Soviet Union. In its diplomacy, it is in a passive position, having no diplomatic initiative.After the Cold War, along with the adjustment of the relations among countries powers, Mongolia abandoned its long-standing "one-sided" foreign policies. From the national conditions, they established a comprehensive, multi-point system of the diplomatic strategy. Meanwhile, Mongolia, as Asia's confidants Strip, caused the value of the geopolitical to the United States, Japan, Russia and other countries of concern.
