Research On The Public Service-building Of Xinjiang Local Government

Xinjiang is now in a crucial period of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and accelerating the socialist modernization. The public service-building of Xinjiang local government is not only related to the current economic and social development of Xinjiang, but also related to the realization of a comprehensive well-off society, and even affect the overall situation of China's socialist modernization.This thesis has analyzed the current situation of public service in Xinjiang upon some methods such as literature research, empirical research, and comparative research. The local government of Xinjiang should learn from the theory and practical experience of public services from other countries, basing on the service ideology of Communist Party and focus on improving people's livelihood when advancing the development of economic society according to the scientific outlook on development. In order to improve people's livelihood, the local government must focus on building public service, to take the characteristics of public service and constraints into account from reality, some countermeasures such as transform the functions, adjust the finance expenditure structure, perfect the public services mechanism of Xinjiang local government are necessary to improve the quality and level of public service.
