Civil servants, as part of Tibet Tibet's social and economic construction and development of the main, they play to the level of enthusiasm is directly related to the well-off Tibet, Tibet peace and harmony of Tibet's construction, is directly related to China's economic construction of the entire market.This paper studies the use of two-factor theory of Tibetan civil service incentives, the theory of two-factor analysis on the basis of the civil service, respectively, affecting the incentive mechanism in Tibet and the Tibetan civil servants of the factors that the existing incentive mechanism to carry out a survey of the status quo, in the investigation questionnaire based on the impact of incentives for civil servants in Tibet have been reclassified.
