Research On Investigation Of The Physical Indicators Of Reservoir Migration In Ethnic Minority Areas And Programming Of The Manage Information System

Physical indicators investigation of the reservoir migration is the pre-migration work;the basic work of resettlement plans outline;the basic information of the reservoir submerge; the important options factors of the normal water level demonstration;the important basis for resettlement plans, the design of the reconstruction, the preparation of reservoir compensation and investment.Well work of physical indicators investigation directly concerns Personal interests of migrants, the stability of coastal areas and the effectiveness of projects.In this study, based on CHIDI's project,"physical indicators survey of Yalong River Hydropower Station construction Lianghekou". For the background of China's western region rich in hydropower resources concentrated in the ethnic minority areas, combined with the actual situation of physical indicators survey of the construction of hydropower stations Lianghekou, focusing on housing and ancillary facilities which is a special kind of indicators as an example put forward in line with the Tibetan minority with physical indicators of the characteristics of the classification and survey methodology. The research provided a valuable reference for to formulate of standards and norms in the survey of physical indicators in ethnic minorities area.On the other hand, In order to solve the problems of inefficiency and pressure of data processing , we developed a manage information systems of physical indicators survey base on ComGIS and the established the system database based on the Geodatabase model.To put forward a work modethat input survey data in format of database files through field work, and manage survey data product with GIS functions through office work part which has greatly improved the efficiency of the investigation and also informationize the management of investigation .
