The Comprehensive Scientific And Technological Diathesis Training Of Our Army's Reserve Officers In The "Comprehensive-Science-Technology" Visual Threshold

This paper synthetically used methodology of modem science and technology philosophy, military sociology theory and person talent training theory to have an in-depth study on the comprehensive scientific and technological diathesis training for our army's reserve officers. Under the environment of contemporary scientific and technological progress and social development, cross-integration trend of subject categories and the traditional misunderstanding of human society for science and technology, required us rereading the scientific and technical concept practically, and required us understanding the meaning of science and technology correctly. It meaned the real science and technology were the comprehensive science and technology, including natural science and technology, culture science and technology, social science and technology. In the military field, with a large number of high-quality informationization military personnel and large quantities of advanced informationization weapons and equipment, the visage of modern warfare was changed profoundly. In the military technology development process under the conditions of informationization, countries all around the world faced with some new common problems and difficulties, especially in dealing with complex battlefield situation and going beyond the physical war, so the plight and crises of modern wars mainly in the "higher-complexity-plight" and "physical-war-plight". In the "comprehensive -science-technology" visual threshold, resolving the plight of these two aspects had set new and higher requirements to the diathesis training of new military personnel-comprehensive scientific and technological diathesis training. Then we raised the concept of comprehensive scientific and technological diathesis, and constructed the diathesis structure model of new military personnel. On the basis of these, aiming at the first working capacity requirements of reserve officers, the training aims and preliminary model of reserve officers' comprehensive scientific and technological diathesis training were constructed. What's more, on the basis of empirical research on reserve officers of missile force, the related factors which influenced reserve officers' comprehensive scientific and technological diathesis training were quantitatively analyzed, comparing with foreign military reserve officers' training actuality, we objectively analyzed the reasons for the shortcomings of our army's reserve officers training on the comprehensive scientific and technological diathesis, noting that the problems and causes. Finally combining growth characteristics of our army's reserve officers at two levels which were training concepts and training mode, we tried to raise Countermeasures of reserve officers' training: setting up the "comprehensive-training" concept; creating the "comprehensive-education" mode.
