The urbanization in our country want to transfer from speed to the quality successfully, which need first to promote the farmers’ quality. Farmers’diathesis relate to the quality of urbanization, which is beneficial to the farmers’role transformation. High-quality farmers can quickly adapt to the new identity, who can change ideas and devoted to the construction of towns. Farmers’diathesis contributes to the effective transfer of rural surplus labor, and the high-quality can much more easily break from the land, who would employ in towns actively, which would speed up the construction of small towns.The farmers’ diathesis has a great improvement in the process ofChina’s urbanization, but we have found that there are lots ofquestions. The concept offarmers has been updated, but they still can’t adapt to thedevelopment of rural construction. Their overall cultural level hasimproved, but there are regional imbalance, and their awareness ofscience and technology has rise, but their ability of technologyapplication is not strong. Their legal consciousness has enhanced,but the viewpoint of the law is weak, and their life-style has improved,but the overall level remains to be strengthened. These problems didnot happen overnight which are affected in long-term by the socialeconomy, regional difference, etc.Really improving peasant quality to guarantee for urbanization inChina, we need solve these problems. We should emancipate the mindand change the concept of farmers, and strengthen farmers’ culturalquality education. Developing the agriculture with science andeducation, and popularizing the farmers’ knowledge of science andtechnology, and guiding respectively, which will promote the qualityof farmers. Enhancing the capacity of farmers’ political participationand abandoning formalism would raise the consciousness of villagers’ autonomy, and rich legal system and cultural life of peasant.To increase investment in rural infrastructure construction, andstrengthen the material security of farmers. We should make full useof the characteristics of rural culture to transfer the rural spirit tocreate a good cultural environment for farmers. And carry out variouskinds of cultural activities to rich peasants’ spiritual and cultural life.Farmers’ diathesis is an arduous and long-term task, which need theactively cooperation of farmers, and need the support from all walksof life. Only thus can they achieve all-round transformation truly,providing a strong reserve force for the construction of urban.
