The Research Of The CAPF Officer On-site Training Performance Evaluation System

A high-quality personnel with scientific and technological knowledge is the core tokeep the core competitive advantage of our troop. The urgent affair improving thequality of our soldiers is to train them. Armed Police Force officer on-site is the basicand main strength of the gross-roots units, a main force of administrative management,military training and logistic equipment. The job training of grassroots police officerof the Armed Police Force is an important way to improve the quality and the abilityof the CAPF grass-roots police. However, the lack of a practical performanceevaluation system of the CAPF officer On-site training, the trained can not know theeffect of the training and the military leadership plays not enough attention, resultingin the formality of the job training. So, it has an important practical significance tostudy the system construction of the CAPF officer On-site training PerformanceEvaluationSystems analysis, literature review, modeling and other research methods are usedin the paper. The paper includes five main parts. The first part introduced thebackground and the research condition of the assessment of training at home andabroad and did a literature review. The second part defined the relevant concepts ofthe performance evaluation of training programs. The third chapter analyzed thecurrent status of the CAPF training performance assessment, pointing out itsshortcomings and deficiencies and analyzed the feasibility of the use of theperformance assessment in the CAPF On-site training programs. Chapter4established the evaluation index system and AHP (Analytic hierarchy Process,referred to as AHP) and Fuzzy Evaluation was used. A case study was introduced inChapter5.the case study provided a practical basis to the application of theperformance evaluation theory of the CAPF officer On-site training the paper putforward.
