Research On Civil Organizations In Inner Mongolia

After the policy of reform and opening out, commercial economy took place and later the society witnessed great achievements in kinds of fields, specially the systems reform in economy and politics. A stream of transformation in our economy and political system bring forth a multiple of new "Non-Government-Organizations (NGOs), also Civil Organizations or some other names for them.Just as the Civil Organizations become more and more important, people pay more and more attention to them. Researches on the Civil Organizations are very popular now. These years the Civil Organizations in Inner Mongolia increased rapidly, meanwhile there are inevitably a lot of problems. These problems exist just because that our country is being the reforming period when the civil are not mature not only in the terms of operational mechanism but also the management skills. There is still much space for the Civil Organizations to be mature and consummation. This paper takes the Civil Organizations in Inner Mongolia as the research object and analyses on the base of some statistical dates. The author focuses on the analysis of the problems in the research and provides some solutions to them to improve the Civil Organizations in Inner Mongolia.This paper mainly consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction part, involving the research purpose, significance, theory resources, as well as related concepts of Civil Organizations. The second part describes in detail the developmental current situation of Civil Organizations in Inner Mongolia on organization modality, activities, organizational personnel, organizational facilities, financial situation and organizational influence. The third part mainly discusses the existed problems or faults of the Civil Organizations from two aspects. In the end, on the base of the whole analysis of this essay and fully considered the specialty of our district, the countermeasures are proposed.
