This article focuses on researching the status quo of online approval in our country, especially illustrating it by the instance of Qingdao, based on the research of the development of electronic governmental affairs overseas. On this basis, this article will find out the problem and reason for carrying out online approval in our country, as well as the settlement methods towards the problem.The innovative items of this article lie in deeply analyzing current online approval without good effect by necessary introduction of technique, not subject to the discussion of technical field. At the meantime, to research all sides to put forward the solution by starting with system and technique.
