The Development Of The Youth Social Organizations On The Rational Choice's Aspect

With the developing of the market society, more and more distinctly, the development of our economy society and culture presents multiple trends . In the field of youth development and the youth organization, the efficiency of the youth league's traditional working mode to mobilize the youth weakens, because of the disintegration of the traditional planned economy and the enlargement of the new economic organization and new social organization. Since the youth can get necessary and enough resources of production and life outside the system, they needn't rely on the league organization to survive any more. At the same time, a flood of youth social nongovernmental organizations which are organized by youth and other social forces are booming. The development of the youth social organizations met the multiple demands of the youth, meanwhile, they brought new vitality to the traditional social order. In terms of reality, it's necessary to study the development of the youth social organizations systematically, so as to provide essential evidences for the public police making. In terms of theory, it'll be beneficial to have a better understanding of the relationships between country and social.The research focuses on the experience and the method about how the youth league in new times provides service to the modern young man. The example comes from "Appointing in Seasons Club", which is successfully established by Community League Committee in West Nanjing road in Jing'an district. This case study focuses on the expectation, the role, the acting strategy, the communication among the league organization and the rational choice, league leaders, modern young men, further, the author studies the logic and the development mechanism of the youth social organizations in the new time.There are six parts in this thesis. The first part introduces the origin and the significance; review the related study, set up the theoretical framework and the study method. The second part is to introduce the case from "Appointing in Seasons Club", according to the information collected from the research process; the author describes the origin, the dynamic mechanism and the developing trend. The third part is to analysis the operation and the main characters of the club. The fourth part is to analyses the reasons and the stakeholders' (league organization, league leaders, club members)action from a rational choice's perspective to further expound the choice of the club'acting. The fifth part is to describe the inner's and the outer's difficulties the faces, and try to find out the reasons. The author analyses the problems and the limitation of the resource and the environment the faces theoretically by analyzing the weakness, The last part is to reflect the deficiency of the research and the inappropriateness when we use Organization Theory to study.
