Public Satisfaction Degree Of City Social Security Service Research

Based on the use of relevant theories and methods, the main contents of the study can be summarized as follows.First of all,this paper summarized the research results of domestic and foreign customer satisfaction degree, and to with this paper close related service government theory,social security service theory,public satisfaction theory and statistical method have carried on a more thorough analysis.And made these theorists melt go into textual research system, which provides theories for this paper.Secondly, this paper introduced the typical foreign customer satisfaction degree model and analysed their good and bad points, from which we obtained the enlightenment to construct public satisfaction degree of city social security service model.Once again,this paper takes the foreign customer satisfaction degree model as the main source,which constructed public satisfaction degree of city social security service model.Again according to the causal relation of the model and the latent variable,this paper adopted the questionnaire method to select the primary indicators and determined indicator weight and indicator system through factorial analysis method.And this paper proposed the formula of public satisfaction degree.Finally,taking Handan city as the example,the paper has carried on the public satisfaction degree of city social security service analysis.Not only the score was calculated by the formula of public satisfaction degree of city social security service, at the same time,the paper has carried on the path analysis and confirmed the suppositional theory model accurately,but also we discovered the questions about Handan city from the above analysis and proposed the countermeasure.
