The Study On Hujintao′s Concept Of The National Interests

The interest of the state is the most persistent and most influential factor in international politics and the most basic motive in country's external behavior. The interest of the state, as a practical tool, plays an important role in guiding the country's foreign policy and external behavior.This article first gives introduction to the concept and the view of the national interest, analyzing this concept from both connotation and extension aspect, following the introduction of Marxism, western and Chinese scholars. The paper also put forward the concept of the interest of the state in the new ear as well as gives introduction of national interest of Hu Jintao.This dissertation first introduce the inheritance of the Hu Jintao's the interest of the state concept from Jiang Zemin in aspects of national security interest, national political interest and national economic interest, then makes elaborate analyzing to Hu Jintao's the interest of the state from security, political, economical, and cultural aspects. In the aspect of national security interest, the CPL put forward the conception of the harmonious world, which has boost the world peace development, also made a good international environment. According to the strategic idea, we have taken fruitful measures in our country, that is to say the active promotion of North Korea Nuclear Negotiation, the development of Military diplomacy and so on. These measures are not only conducive to realize the peace and stability in Northeast Asia, but also laying a firm foundation in realizing our national security interest; In the aspect of national economic interest, we Party puts forward insisting on peaceful development strategy, Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence. In the exchanges with neighboring countires, we advocate the principle of being good neighbors and pantners. In the settlement of international conflict, we advocate the adoption consultations, dialogue and cooperation to achieve common security. In the aspect of national political interests, we Party advocates to develop the deepening of economic diplomacy and economic complementation and make the contribution to protecting the economic sovereignty and security; In the aspect of national cultural interest, we Party advocates to develop the cultural communication, struggle for the right of cultural speech. At the same time, we Party also advocates to respect the diversity of the world cultures and create the good cultural environment for the mutual development of the world cultures. A comprehensive analysis of Hu Jintao's concept of the interest of the state, not only conducive to the development of rational foreign policies, but also conducive to the field to open up the country's political research horizons, enrich the contents of the study of international politics in order to achieve the interest of the state better.
