The Study Of China's National Security In The Process Of Peaceful Rise

Since the end of the cold war,the international community has not entered the peaceful world that people have imagined.Under the background of economic globalization,traditional national security issues still exist,non-traditional security issues are following like opened Pandora's box.The traditional security and the non-traditional security both overlap and transform each other.The relationship between great powers is both cooperative and frictional.Asia area is becoming the center of the world,and the regional hot issues are hard to solve.The international community is not at peace.This is the international situation and the international security situation that the process of China's rise must face.When human being stepped into the new century,China,with its development,is facing a series of national security problems.At present,China is committed to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is on the road of peaceful rise and is at a critical moment in the development of history.While,the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the realization of the "Chinese Dream" and the realization of a peaceful rise constitute the strategic goal of the national development of the new era.How to ensure these strategic goals to be successfully achieved,how to ensure national security and how to ensure national security and achieve national security in the process of achieving strategic goals have all become urgent questions to answer.This paper starts with the analysis of the relationship between the rise of the country and the national security,and puts forward the hypothesis that the country must have a relatively stable internal and external environment in order to realize the rise of the country,from the point of view of the development of productive forces.It is recognized that the rise of the country can safeguard national security,and the national security in turn helps to promote the rise of the country.Connecting with the analysis of China's internal and external security problems in the process of peaceful rise,this paper focuses on the challenges and roots of security in the process of peaceful rise.Finally,it is proposed that "man" is the fundamental idea of realizing national security,and the path dependence of safeguarding national security is designed.In Chapter 1,the first chapter puts forward questions,the security issues facing China's rising process.The Second Chapter analyzes the problems faced by China's security in the process of its peaceful rise.The third chapter deeply analyzes the security challenge and its root in the process of peaceful rise.The fourth chapter is the way to solve the problem and safeguard China's national security in the process of China's peaceful rise.From four aspects,we have discussed how to maintain national security.By analyzing and proofing,the conclusion is that national development does not necessarily bring national security.National rise is not only a way to achieve national security,but also the ultimate goal of national security.The connotation and extension of national security is constantly changing,in the international community as long as the class differences exist,regional development differences,ideological differences exist,the common safety values(human fate consciousness)if not formed,the international community would have been in a state of insecurity.It is not one country's responsibility to maintain and realize national security,and need the joint efforts of the whole world.China needs to unite all the peace-loving countries and achieve security by cooperation in the process of achieving the rise.It also needs to consider the two dimensions of material and spirit to safeguard national security.
