The reason was mainly due to weak pertinence of ideological and political education of emigration; education always lags behind results from the pedagogue lacking initiative and unscientific educational methods and so on. After all, the emigrants leading cadres paid insufficient attention to ideological and political education, "A hard-soft hand" phenomenon has not been solved, the emigration ideological and political education's troop construction lacks strength, theoretical research of ideological and political education for emigration lags behind and pedagogues know little about the particularity of ideological and political education for emigration, which all bring to the result.Therefore, to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of emigration, truly realize the goal of migrants—"move out, maintain the stability and become rich gradually", we must innovative system of ideological and political education for emigration based on the experience of concluding, summarizing, abstracting ideological and political education of emigration and the experience of absorbing the ideological and political education in other areas; on the basis of following the principles of targeted, subjective, scientific, and the benefits solicitude, deal well with the relationship among the economical and social development in reservoir area, the later support and the long-term livelihood of migrants, and the ecological protection and sustainable development; depend on strengthening ideological and political education of migrants, improve the content and methodology of ideological and political education of migrants. It's the must way to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of migrants.
