Citizen's Politics Participation Under Cyberspace

The internet has created the brand-new way of human communicates, it also have provided the new channel and the platform for officials and people communication. During this process, opportunity and challenge coexist. The government must transform the idea, assurance comprehensively the law of internet's development. It should study earnestly how to strengthen citizen's politics participation under cyberspace using the internet, thus promoting democracy development. Basing on analysis of the citizen's politics participation's new situations and new phenomenon, this article analyses and discusses the characteristic, the influence and the question of citizen's politics participation under the network politics space. The article will find the questions through the research which is multiple perspectives and various aspects, thus it will proposed some aspects which should pay attention specifically in enhancing the government network function, awaking the sense of citizen's participation in political and each kind of s safeguard mechanism. Finally through the interdisciplinary studies, the literature data retrieval and contrastive analysis's research technique, the author draws the conclusion:facing on these questions which appear regarding the democracy development in network time, like the network communication formalization and few responses of the network interpellation, we should have the confidence to solve these difficult problems from transforming the government's functions, improving citizen's network quality, developing net technology, standardizing rules of the cyberspace and so on. The government not only concerns all sorts of possibilities which the technological revolution bring to the society, but also pay attention to logical relation closely between technology and society. Only then it can apply and control network technique well to contribute the proper potency for the social development. But in any event, the government should strengthen the standard and the guidance, impel ordering development of citizen's politics participation under the cyberspace in line with "rely on the people and work for the well-being".
