Study On Non-Governmental Organizations Participate In Country Environmental Governance In China

In recent years,China's rural economy has entered a stage of rapid development,and the coexistence of rural environmental pollution.Increasingly serious rural environmental problems also affect the quality of life of the local villagers,the overall development of the country's environment are affected.Rural living standard had the very big improvement,but there is a lot of life rubbish,the phenomenon such as water pollution.We should focus on rural environmental governance,trying to get the local villagers have good living environment.The environmental improvement of rural areas in China can't just rely on the government,the participation of other organizations also need to society,different social main body to participate in the rural areas of environmental governance to make environmental governance to achieve the ideal effect.Domestic Non-Governmental organizations now have the ability to participate in rural areas of environmental governance,they have the funds,technology and other resources can help rural governance environment pollution.Non-Governmental organizations in China in recent years in the country there are many problems in the environmental governance,this paper aims to Non-Governmental organizations research,further explore non-governmental organizations in the rural environmental problems and put forward effective countermeasures,so that the non-governmental organizations in rural participation in environmental governance play a bigger role,build our beautiful country.This paper divides into three parts.The first part is the general theoretical analysis of NGO participation in rural environment governance,to introduce the necessity and feasibility of non-governmental organizations to participate in the rural environment management,Management of content,the way,the role.The second part research non-governmental organizations participate in the current situation of rural environment management,including non-governmental organizations to take relevant measures,supported by case analysis,and the problems,the reasons of the problem.The third part gives countermeasures of the non-governmental organizations participate in rural environment management,for the participation of NGOs better rural environment management are proposed.
