The Study On Shenyang Social Security Of Poverty Group

The face of rapid economic development and adjustment of economic structure, more and more poverty problem is exposed. No matter in developed countries or developing countries, this kind of poverty problem following economic development exists in certain extent. Nowadays, concerning about the poverty groups situation and helping them solving the employment problem as soon as possible also become one of the most important work for government. Therefore, improving the social security system and making the lowest living security system with best efforts have become more and more important.In order to solve the problem of poverty groups' social security, first is to solve the lowest living security system. This thesis research based on the poverty people in Shenyang, the writer visited Shenyang relevant government departments to collect a lot of data and information, through the face to face form and questionnaire methods to get thorough understanding of the operation from Shenyang City lowest living security system implementation. In addition, the writer also extensively collected a large number of social security data on theoretical research, using analysis and synthesis ways, with combining theory and practice on scientific research methods. The third chapter, writer briefly defines the meaning of"poverty"and"urban poverty group". It makes an explanation of "poverty" from four different positions, including the superficial poverty and the deep causes of leading to poverty. Then the writer analyzes this stage of Shenyang City about the reason for poor groups and pointed out it is necessary for concerning about social groups.
