Food Safe Supervision Model Research

Food safety is important for survival and development of human being. It relates to people's interest, state security and society stability. In nowadays, the food safety attracts more and more attention. Food, from the farmland to the dinner table, may be polluted and lead to breakdown, causing food security problem. Therefore, food safety is a complex system engineering involving the multi-departments, the multi-stratum, the multi-links.In recent years, China's food security situation has attracted wide attention on. How to improve the supervision of China's food safety? It is the urgent to solve the issue, but also the purpose of this study.In this paper, according to the subject of food safety regulatory approach, try to study and solve the following problems:Firstly; some background information about this subject will be introduced. This contains present status of the study about this topic. Secondly, the basic theory will introduce,about China's food safety, food safety regulation and food safety control model. Next, it will be inspection of food safety supervision. Through several different model of the world regulation of the analysis, it will obtained the China's food safety supervision model. Then, ti will analysis about the China's food safety supervision model. Finally, Aimed at those problems and causes which lead to the in sufficient protection of suspects, cope with advanced foreign laws systems and experiences we should gradually perfect food safety supervision model in china.
