The Research On Living Conditions And Patterns Of Rural Elderly Security In Anhui Province

From the beginning of our aging society, the number of elderly population has an accelerated growth and will continue for a long period of time. China will face serious problems of elderly population. The aging of China becomes more serious, not only in quantity and speed, also in the regional disparities. It's even more serious degree of aging in rural areas than urban areas. China is a large agricultural country. The number of elderly population in rural areas is the majority of the elderly population of China. The elderly population in rural areas has become the focus of attention. Exodus of young people in rural areas results in no one to take care of the elderly population. The smaller of rural family structure results in the more need of retirement resources. The providing for the age consciousness of rural young people is gradually fading. Family support functions have been significant weakening. Apart from the rural elderly land revenue as a living, there is no more social security. Their living faces the instability of the potential threat, such as disease, economic factors. Not only is a major agricultural province of Anhui Province and also the most populated province, the size of the elderly population is very large. Such a serious situation for the rural elderly population has presented new problems and challenges, so it has become the focus of attention of many academics and government.In the new situation of building a harmonious society and new countryside construction, concerning the problem of rural elderly population has not only theoretical significance but also great practical significance. In this paper, based on regional population studies can improve and enrich rural old-age theory, and better guide the rural old-age work, also for the government and relevant departments to provide theoretical foundation and basis for the theory with the characteristics of the times. Empirical research can provide real old-age recommendations for more effective protection of the rural quality of life of elderly population in their twilight years, building a new socialist countryside and creating a people-centered socialist harmonious society. This paper reviewed the academic research on the problem of rural elderly population, though scholars are concerned about different contents, but they all put forward their own proposals and measures to promote the theory and practice of rural old-age rapidly. On this basis, the author of this thesis research defines the concepts, and sets out the research methods and ideas. This paper studies Anhui regions of the living conditions of the rural elderly population by economic conditions and finds elderly people living in various problems in rural areas. Performance of the economy largely determines the standard of living of the elderly population and others.This paper summarized the major patterns of rural elderly security and analyzed the problems and the prospects for development. The paper studied the correlation between living conditions and patterns of rural elderly security and summed up the role behind it. Based on the previous study, the author found macroscopic response for the problems to strengthen the respect and care for elderly population, to change the traditional concept of old age, to protect the elderly population with sound laws and regulations, and to vigorously promote participation of non-profit organizations and charities rural old-age work. View terms of the actual situation in different regions, the establishment of a retirement pension based model approach. Micro different from the circumstances of the elderly themselves, the older age groups are given different specific measures. The formation of macro and micro combined to achieve a good "sense of security" goal, so that the elderly enjoy the fruits of social progress dignity.
