From 1921 to 1949, although a short period of 28 years is only a brief moment in the long river of human history, however, for most of Chinese people living in the storms, it is an important period to explore the truth, save the country, and open up the road to national independence and economic recovery. The booming of the youth movement in the twentieth century all the world plays a significant role in carrying out extensive Chinese revolution and socialist construction, not only in Chinese history, but also the history of revolutionary movements in the world.Young students in modern Chinese society at the moment was a new force, seen as both the"pride"of the new society, and the"traitors"of the old society. Students, as a status rather than a career, have a number of inherent weaknesses, and thus the movements mainly consisting of students showed a lack of several issues, such as, their social and political transformation seemed both powerless and helpless. Then after May 4th Movement, in addition to an influx of new ideas and the rise of political movements, the political party and its ideology has played a very important impact on student developments.Since the birth of the Communist Party of China, it attached great importance to student affairs. Historical facts have shown that the student movement in China's development, growth, and its role played in the historical process of China, is inseparable from the Communist Party of China's leadership; the Party is the core strength of the Chinese people's revolution and construction, and is also a Chinese student movement's organizer and leader. Then, from the Revolution to the National Revolutionary War, from the Sino-Japanese War to the War of Liberation, from the Wusa Movement to the student movement of Soviet areas, from "129" campaign to the National Unification area, Shaanxi-Gansu-the student movement, from the young united front to "anti-hunger, anti-civil-war," and from "121" campaign to "520" campaign, how did the Communist Party of China compete with other political forces to seize the students in the resources, and motivate students to work for their political causes? In particular, what were the Communist Party's policies and guidelines at all times, what were the road and the policies for the student movement? How did these policies play? How to push forward the process of the student movement? What is the impact on the final result for the student movement? How to evaluate this impact in the historical context? What strategies and actions were taken by other political forces, especially KMT? Throughout the period of democratic revolution and the student movement, what are the reasons and results of the Communist Party's student policies, and what kind of role is it for her to make a series of victories and eventually obtain political power to establish a socialist new China? These are what the paper tries to address. In other words, this paper intends to research on the student movements, and the student movement policies taken by the Communist Party of China from 1919 to 1949, combined with the KMT and other parties'attitudes and policies to the students and the student movements, analyze representative student movements for various historical periods as an entry point, through the comparison of the characteristics of different student movements and the negative and positive effects of the Communist Party of China policies, and sort out the Communist Party of China policy changing in the student movement from the birth of PRC, which proves that it is correct for student policies to conform to the historical trend; moreover, by integrating specific principles and policies on the student movements, the Communist Party campaign to show the art of making use of student movements; finally, from a macro perspective of the history, the paper makes reflections on the policies to the current student movements.
