On Humanism Care Of Idealistic And Political Education Of The Current Urban Migrant Workers

With the development of reform and open to the outside world, socialist modernization and urbanization, a number of farmers enter into the cities to work or study. Therefore, it reforms a special colony--- urban migrant workers. Urban migrant workers are a part of industrialist in China. They make great contribution for socialist modernization and urbanization. However, because of existing of binary household registration system, they are discriminated. Although they make great contribution for building concordant society, they are suffered discrimination in the work, their rights and interests are aggrieved, their children can't be educated, discrimination by urban residents and media look down upon them etc. So there are many problems on their thinking and psychology, so as to influence their life and concordant society. These years, the country prescribed many measures (strengthening the idealistic and political education). But we didn't get good results, and the most important reason is the lack of Humanism.Humanism is the values of ideological and political education and the requirements of social practice. The integration of humanistic care in urban migrant workers in the current ideological and political education is in line with theoretical innovation requirements and the needs of practice. The lack of humanistic concern in current urban migrant workers in the ideological and political education appears as following: the emphasis is still not enough, the main responsibility for education is not clear, the main role of the urban migrant workers are subject to different degrees of neglect, lack of humanistic care in operational mechanism as a whole, the lack of good social environment. The root causes of lack of humanistic concern in the ideological and political education of urban migrant workers are China's urban-rural household registration system, the impact of the perpetrators of education not in place, discord educational environment and urban migrant workers'own quality. Therefore, if we want to introject humanistic care to ideological and political education of migrant workers into the city, the current ideological and political education in the city of migrant workers the key to effective. we should adopt the following channels to achieve the ideological and political education of migrant workers are true combination: Firstly, we should improve the city's emphasis on ideological and political education level; Secondly, we should establish the overall care education mechanism of government, communities, employers and the media; Thirdly, we should care for the obtainment of the reasonable needs of migrant workers. Fourthly, we should create a good socio-cultural environment; Finally, we should improve the urban migrant workers'own qualities. That is to say, we should introject the ideological and political education into the city life and close to their reality, and create a penetration and caring type of human development in line with the ideological and political education.
