Nowadays,the phenomenon of job burnout has become aproblem of theorkplace tends more and more universal,how to prevent and repair job burnoutissue has becomeall kinds of organizations including military common roblem.After nearly40years of development, theoretical research and empiricalmeasurements on the issue of job burnout and fruitful results achieved greatprogress, this important topic also has become a hot issue of commonconcernin academic theory and the field of social practiceand research, itsmportance, seriousness and urgencyincreasingly obvious. Job burnout refersto long-termpractitioners in various pressure,sustainableonsumptionperceptions of personal resources,and realisticrequirements andexpectations of imbalance,showed a negative psychological and behavioralsymptomsdeteriorated,and directly to the individual,organizational andsocial negative impact and destruction.This study aims to investigate the job burnout of policetroops cadresat the grass-roots level,investigation of the present situation of jobburnout of grassroots cadres,from the current situation of in-depth nalysisof causes and influencing factors,the relationship between research onjobburnout and the influencing factors and variousstressors, differences indemographic studies,and the influence on job satisfaction, organizationalcommitment and change tendency,puts forward the advice for job burnoutprevention of police grassroots cadres.The police grassroots cadres as research object,in-depth study offactors of this special group of job burnout and related effects, and usingstatistical analysis,effect analysis,correlation analysis, regressionanalysis and other methods of empirical analysis of this special group ofjob burnout of the antecedent variables (work stressors,individualcharacteristics and outcome variables(job satisfaction),organizational commitment and turnover intention relationship between).And reached thefollowing conclusions:1,Sources of working pressure of police grass-roots cadres are the maincauses of job burnout.Differentsources of burnout and work pressure of workin the age,education,marital status and position,and otherdemographicvariables.2,police job burnout of cadres at the grass-roots level is generallyhigh,the general level,cynicism,emotional exhaustion and low highoccupation efficacy.The level ofwork stress police cadres at thegrass-roots level is higher,the main source of pressure which is the workingload, development pressure, interpersonal pressure etc.3,Burnout and job stressors and job.police cadres at the grass-rootslevel is positive correlation,and has betterprediction effect.Jobsatisfaction, work stress and job burnout dimensions of organizationalcommitmentnegatively correlated,positively correlated and turnoverintention,and have good predictive effects.4,in the overall research and analysis based on Job Burnout of policegrassroots cadres,combined with theactual armed police force and thecurrent status ofdomestic policy environment,based on the policegrassrootscadre troop construction of scientific development,the correspondingintervention measures are put forward from the individual andorganizational level,long-term mechanism recommended the establishment ofa sound mass.
