Study On The Ideological And Political Methods In The Visual Threshold Of Humanistic Management

As our country is now at a stage of social transformation, the Party and State have paid more attention on the ideological and political education (I.P.E.) work, which has advanced a new mission of creating some new I.P.E. methods. This article tries to create the new I.P.E. methods in the visual threshold of humanistic management.Humanistic management, as a kind of academic thoughts developed in western business circles, of which influences have been expanded. It mainly includes Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factor theory of motivation, McClelland's needs motivation theory, McGregor's X and Y, Porter-Lawler model, etc. Humanistic management based on western humanistic theory concerns the human factors in the management. It is worth to use for reference in the study of creating new I.P.E. methods.Nowadays, there are a lot of studies about innovation of the I.P.E. methods. Learned from the overseas advanced civic education experiences, from Chinese ancient moral education methods, use advanced technology to innovate the I.P.E. methods, learn methods from other disciplines, etc. Although many achievements have been obtained, weak links exist in the present study of I.P.E. methods, such as lack of embodiment, maneuverability, systematic and so on.Trying to create the new I.P.E. methods in the visual threshold of humanistic management, we must clarify and understand the relativity between some concepts first. There are similarities and differences between humanistic management and the ideological and political education. The people oriented in both of them are outstanding ideas and civilizations in the process of human development. But the CCP takes the communism of freedom and all-round development of person as the highest goal, and so does the goal of the I.P.E..The exploration of using humanistic management approaches in I.P.E. including:Learning organization and the innovation of ideological and political education methods; combine life cycle theory into the phase education of ideological and political education; learned from the Equity theory to guide the correct view of equality in the comparison in education of ideological and political education. Finally, the paper mentions some issues needed to be paid attention to.
