In recent years, the relationship between China and Central Asian countries have become smoother. The influence of China in Central Asia becomes greater. This is not the result of threat and deterrence. It is the result of the attractions of China's ever-increasing soft power. China provides assistance, carries out friendly foreign policies, fair foreign trade and investment, participates in the construction of mechanism and free trade area, carries out the co-operations in the non-traditional security area, implements education and students exchange policies and develops the Chinese culture. All these policies and measures have clearly revealed China's soft power and its attractions in Central Asia. China's soft power in Central Asia builds closer relationship between China and the Central Asian countries and ensures the common security of China and Central Asia.This paper describes the first part focuses on theories related to the content of soft power (soft power concept, composition, role and its relationship with hard power) and now have the soft power resources.The second part of the full description of China's soft power in Central Asia, the use of specific ways.
