The Study Of Authorized Size Management In District Level Local Government

Government body is the carrier of government management system and operational mechanism. Agency staffing is the material basis for implementation of government functions, operation of organization and guarantee of achieving the objectives of government management. The authorized size management of government institutions is not only the internal management modal of government, management system, reflection of organization, but also the effective ways of organizing internal human resources in government organization. The authorized size management in district level local government is the important part of our country's authorized size management in local government institutions. It is not only related to the degree of realizing the goal of reforming the local government, but also directly related to success or failure of local government functions and institutional reform.This study is taken the Xincheng District of Huhhot as an example, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research. The paper analyzes the present conditions, problems and the effective factors of our country's authorized size management in local government institutions. It also explores the ways of solving the problems and puts forward related countermeasures and suggestions.
