The selection of civil servants employed is an important task in the civil service system. It is the "entrance" link. Civil servants employed directly related to the work of civil diathesis. So the servants employed evaluation model is very important. It can effectively improve the working efficiency and benefit civil selection, also help to improve the comprehensive quality of the whole civil servants.This article utilizes the Psychological Quality Evaluation Study, the Surveying and the Statistics and so on correlation theories science. From personnel quality evaluation angle, this article discusses the construction of our country's servants employed evaluation model. It is divided the chapters, the first chapter analysis contemporary Chinese officials hire system's situation, and points out that the system existence flaw and the insufficiency, the analysis existence flaw and the insufficient reason. Because the hire system existence flaw caused some low quality personnel entering the official troop, we must consummate the official hire system, and enhance the official troop from the source of the quality; The second chapter introduces the official hires evaluation indicator system's construction, made the concept limits to ability and the quality, follows the personnel quality evaluation in our country's development process, constructs the official hire evaluation system, and determines the corresponding weight; The third chapter constructs in the preceding chapter of foundation completes the official hire evaluation model, and analysis the model; the last carries on the analysis to the model implementation, and points out model the implementation steps and the matters needed attention.On the basis of 2005, "Nanjing Civil Diathesis" research and analysis results, this paper constructs our country civil servants leadership positions, professional technical position, comprehensive management positions, and the index system of comprehensive quality of comprehensive quantitative measure mathematical model to construct our country civil servants employed evaluation model.
