The Peasent-workers Rights Protection Of The Grass-roots Trade Union Organizations

As the transform from dualistic society tu daul dualistic society structure,the peasent workers came into being and now the group has become an important part of China class.But this class is transitional and is a disadvanted group,their rights and interests have been damaged.There are kinds of ways of maitnaining their rights and interests but according to authors'analysis,they are not efficient ways to protect their rights and interests.So the trade union of peasent workers is most efficient way.After the affirmance of the industrialist character of peasent workers,the trade union of peasent workers developed fleetly.This paper is based on the study of the grass-roots trade union to protect the paesent workers.The paper have five means to support the view:first, to increase the intensity of the grass-roots trade union activist;second, to creat social atmosphere of the rights'protection of Peasent-works';third,to improve the punishment of infringement;forth,to promote Institutional Innovation;fifth,to provide more Public Services as city inhabitant.Through the study,the main goal is to provide some suggest to help the grass-roots trade union to creat a good and equal environment of the peasent-workers.though view hasn't mature,but the author hope to share his word experience of the grass-roots trade union,and the through the study to help future work.
