The Study On The Indicators Of Quality Of Life Of The Disabled On The Background Of Well-off Society

China has been gradually realizing an a well-off society which is one of its greatest strategic steps. Under this background, as a part of social vulnerable groups, the disabled also need to raise their living level. This concerns not only with the conditions of the disabled, but also with the realization of the well-being of the whole society. Consequently, the scientific measurement and estimation of the realization degree of the social well-off of the disabled under the background of the construction of well-being society, has an important social significance.On the basis of former researches, this dissertation makes innovations on the combination of UN's two official files, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, as well as some other international files, and the practice in China, based on which the author selected his indexes. So the content of the evaluation can be compared internationally. According to the qualities and characteristics of the disabled, the content of the disabled's life is divided into two parts:one is the well-off for both the ordinary and the disabled; the other is those only for the disabled. This classification is not only convenient for the comparison between the degrees of the well-off for the disabled and for the whole society, but also give specific attention to the particularity of the disabled. Then the judgement matrix is formed through Analytic Hierarchy Process, and the weights of each part and index is calculated. After the evaluating of the indexes'well-off target value under the background of all-around social well-off through three methods, a practical index system for assessment forms.Finally, the author conducts an epirical study on the realization degree of the social well-off of the disabled in Zhejiang province with the fixed index system. The result shows that the realization degree is 62.9%. According to the analysis, the weak points of the realization of the well-off of the disbaled in Zhejiang province are shown, as well as the author's suggestions for these problems.
