Consumer right to know is not only a tie of consumer and business, but also a gully between consumers and business operators. Information is one of the most important factors of the comsumer's rights.from the information, this article analyzes the status of consumers'right protectiont in our country, the proliferation of false advertising, false product labeling so that consumers have difficulty in finding clear information about goods they want.The article analyzes the system of abroad that we can learn.In government duties, we can learn from Sweden of the national consumer policy guidance to the Authority to the local government comprehensive consumer protection system;the aspect oft social strength,we can learn from Germany. In Bonn, consumer organizations is like an mubrella and also construction of the German product testing foundation and functions is perfect. In order to protect the consumer's right to know, the operator, the media, social strength and government are analyzed. The business operator as an information producer, should focus on improving its advertising system, the information in the product labeling system obligations; media responsibility mainly for advertising information filtering, monitoring; community should focus on improving consumer organizations; Government's role is the regulator of information is the final gatekeeper, should establish a special monitoring sector and improve the advertising of the review system.
