In order to discuss the social responsibility of the entrepreneur in Period of the Republic of China, we chose ZhangJian and LuZuofu as the models to analyses. The system of this period is no longer as the traditional society named scholars, farmers, worker, and businessman. The entrepreneurs gradually formed a group by themselves. And they had the special ideology system distinguished by other social groups. The reason of the culture contributes to the community organized by scholars just as before and also influenced by the western culture. In this kind of group, we can find each member has the special experience, but as a continual and interactional group, behaviors among them have lots of commons. The entrepreneurs in the period of Republic of China, they exercised the social responsibility is a unity and continual process no more like the counterparts behaved in the traditional society which is a single and discontinuous process. In this paper, we combined the social atmosphere and process to discuss the specific thinking and acts of the entrepreneurs. We selected ZhangJian and LuZuofu as the two examples to describe the unity and continuous characteristics. By this method we can find a clearly explanation of social responsibility. Not like previous researchers I think social responsi-bility not occurred by the natural inner temper of the entrepreneurs when China hindered by western invaders. And this process is not only a simple accumulation of the saying- "if you are power enough, you should also take more care of the world". This process was an integer concept formation. While this process is consecutive.
