The global recession that triggered from the American subprime mortgage crisis by the end of 2008 has great affection to the economic development of China. It mainly affects the development of the export-oriented enterprises in the coastal areas and has slowly stagnation, and brought a large number of migrant workers return home boom. Since the reform and opening up, our country emerged the migrant workers of this special group, along with economic development, migrant workers groups, the structure has changed, "80s" becoming the principal part of the migrant workers groups. Due to its particularity of the "80s" migrant workers, the urban culture has deep influence to them. In the course of their return will be accompanied a collide blending process of the urban culture and the rural culture, and they will accept a cultural adaptation of the return. The concept of cultural adaptation was first used by American anthropologist Robert Redfield, Ralph Linton and Melville Herskovits etc, refers to a number of individuals with different cultural groups by prolonged and direct contact, so one or two groups to change the original cultural patterns of behavior generated. This article focuses on the migrant workers, most of them are "after 80s", so they are named for the second generation of migrant workers, despite they are the farmers status, they know not deep enough or look a little strange about the culture and customs of the countryside, that because most of them are not engaged in the activities related to agriculture, they began to work in the city, after graduating from school. Judging from the cultural characteristics, they recognized the urban culture, in clothing, employment concepts etc, so when they return, in one thing, they bring some advanced technology and funds for development; in the other hand, as to the cultural differences, they need a cultural adaption process. The "return flows" get some concerns from the pubic, and many researchers began to research them from a professional point of view, raised a number of targeted measures and recommendations, and I think that it is necessary to know them from the cultural perspective. This page selected the A village in Nvshan town as the field work site, take the returned migrant workers as research object, through the use of qualitative anthropological research methods, through field work investigation, deep interviews, take deep description method to look into the cultural adaption of the returned migrant workers. First, to analysis the mainly structure of migrant workers, combined with the background of the economic crisis to describe the phenomenon of the return boom, and from the perspective of cultural adaption of rural migrant workers to analysis its meaning and value; Second, it introduced the basic situation about Nvshan town and A village, through the master data to reflect the ground situation in the labor force composition and output; Third, from the material and cultural adaptation, cultural adaptation and socio-cultural adaptation of these three point of view, by selecting typical cases to describe the return of migrant workers the status of cultural adaptation; Finally, it's to guide the path of acculturation of the returned migrant workers.
