Study Of Training The Primary Commanders Of The Joint Operataion Under The Conditions Of Informationization

The history and practice of war proves that different war types and combat pattern have different requirement on military talents. Under information condition, confrontations are among systems based on integrated combat units and the result of war is mainly decided by the result of combat system confrontation, is based on the combat factors inside the system and its degree of integration. Meanwhile, seen from the recent hi-tech regional combats, the future informationized warfare is almost a mixture of strategic planning, campaign commanding and tactic move. Most probably, a combat equals to a war and a war affects a country's fate.The essential quality of the difference between and mechanized warfare requires commander to adapt to the requirement of joint operation, focus on the training of joint operation commanders who are capable of utilizing the general operatability of information technology, capable of integrating each combat unit and operational system of various arms, capable of realizing generalization of intelligence information, command and control, fire strike and integrated support with high quality and overall understanding of different arms, military and politics. The training pattern of joint operation commanders of our army has broken the basic structure of "separate college training in different arms with army as main body", which experienced three phases of starting, research and development. Through profound study in recent years, there have been some structural fruits on the connotation, nature and characteristics of joint operation commanders, on the quality structure, training procedure and construction of training system of joint operation commanders, on the type, quantity requirement and traing objective, standard and requirement of joint operation commanders. However, there should be more study on the characteristics and rules of joint operation commanders. From the successful experience of US army "joint professional military education" and practice of our present training of joint operation commanders, high quality joint operation commanders have the gradual nature in growing ability, complex nature in growing condition, continuing nature in growing procedure, which requires that the training of joint operation commanders must follow its own principles, effectively integrate strength resources and strengthen joint operation commander training. The author of the article thinks that in the training of joint operation commanders, we must emphasize on the initiative of "joint", set up the ideas of joint training, grasp the direction of "joint", construct joint operation training objective, focus on the target of "joint", form content system of joint training, emphasize on the system of "joint", optimize the education process of joint training, strengthen the efficiency of of "joint" and complete joint training support structure.study on joint operation under information condition itself is a new field, which needs persistant employment of joint culture to guide practical problem study, attention on study of education training structure, emphasis on study of integrated support pattern and further enlargement of the study strength of joint operation commander under integrated joint operation requirement.
